My fiance and I are looking to upgrade my engagement ring. We’ve been engaged for over 5 years and are planning on waiting a few more years. I found a ring that I really like. Taking into account the Four C’s, the price, and the fact that it’s a Princess Cut, is this a good buy? I want to buy a ring that will be worth the price. In other words, the quality must be equal or exceed the price. If not, I’ll know to keep looking.

I’m thinking about getting a princess cut engagement ring for my fiance. What do you think of the look of these rings, and what is your favorite?

A closer friend of mines just got engaged. I am the maid of honor and I need a gift idea for her engagement dinner. Her and her fiance’ are in their late 20′s and are very fashion foward. Any suggestions???

My fiance and I are having a destination wedding with 40 guests, my mother is planning an engagement party and wanted to know if she could invite people who aren’t invited to the wedding? We are planning a post wedding party with all of our family and friends later on.

I just got engaged last week, and my fiance wants to have engagement pictures taken and have one put in the local paper. I don’t know when we should do this. We aren’t getting married for at least 2 years. Do we have the pictures taken now and put in the paper now? Or pictures now and put in the paper closer to the time? Or take the pictures later and put them in closer to the time? Thanks!

Me and my fiance are planning on taking our engagement pictures next weekend but i have no idea where to go. Does anyone know of anywhere we can go? I want somewhere that has nice scenery.

My engagement ring got stolen so now we’re back to looking for a new one. My fiance had spent quite a bit on the diamond so I convinced him to let me put a cubic zirconia in this new one for the first year and replace it for our first anniversary. I’m not entirely sure where to go to have one put into the band I’m having designed though. I probably sound pretty stupid but can anyone tell me how this works?

Since my boyfriend asked me to marry him (and he was serious when he asked me…I thought he was half joking at the time), do we have to have an engagement ring to officially call each other fiance and fiancee??

My boyfriend’s sister has been engaged to her fiance for 4 years. They are planning to get married next year, and by then they will have been engaged for 5 years. True, they both run their own small businesses and have been occupied with starting them up, but isn’t that just a REALLY long time to be engaged? Has anyone else waited this long, or knows a couple that has?
