I have kept almost every ticket from the movies that my fiancee and I have been to from the last 8 years and I want to create my bridal bouquet out of them for our movie theme wedding next summer.

Does anyone have any ideas how I may execute that? Maybe what I can use as a base, and then decoupage the tickets on it?

He proposed at the movies, we are hoping to get married at an old theater and we really want to incorporate the tickets into the wedding.

The first thing you need to do is to involve your fiance to plan the wedding with you. Most brides-to-be will have a perception that their fiances do not really want to be involved in this job.
