What does it mean when a man is engaged to a woman but looks and stares at other woman?

This guy is engaged to his girlfriend and their marriage is fixed. But I have noticed him looking and staring at other girls. Is this normal?

    We notice things that has value. Lets say you and your girlfriends are chatting about something very serious, and suddenly Brad Pitt, David Beckham and Me steps into the room, what will happen? You will look at us cause we have value. Same with men. Attractive women has value for us, when an attractive women pass by us, we look at them. For many men its subconscious, they don’t know why they are looking. Only a handful of men know this. This is called RETICULAR ACTIVATION SYSTEM. Very interesting stuff.

    Yes, it is. I have a very bad case of checking women out as I walk by them, and I tell my friends that both of my eyes are lazy O.o.

    And no, it does not mean he thinks you don’t satisfy him (physically, emotionally and sexually).

    Just remember he’s still with you.
